Depending on your needs and preferences, I offer both short term (6-12 sessions) and long term (greater than 12 sessions) counselling and psychotherapy services.

Sessions are usually 1 hour long and are scheduled once a week or every other week.

My fees are based on guidelines recommended by the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC).

Types of Services

Individual Counselling and Psychotherapy
  • I provide one to one support to teenagers and adults of all ages.  I help individuals to explore their challenges, build their personal resources, and make desired changes.
Family and Couples Counselling and Psychotherapy
  • I work collaboratively with partners and family members. In doing so, I help them find common ground, work through problems, and develop effective ways of communicating that lead to more positive, satisfying relationships.
