SL-1
I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and a Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology. As part of my formal education, I completed intensive supervised training and learning about both counselling and psychotherapy.

My therapeutic experience is varied and spans three decades. Primarily, I have focused on the areas of physical and occupational rehabilitation, chronic pain and illness, stress management, injury prevention, and wellness promotion. Throughout my career, I have supported many individuals in their effort to get to know themselves better, improve communication skills, resolve challenging problems, recover from physical injuries, and live happier, more satisfying lives.

I highly value improving my competency as a Registered Clinical Counsellor. I continually increase my knowledge and skills through post-graduate courses and training, as well as regular clinical consultation, staying current with relevant research, and clinical practice. In addition, I ask my clients for regular feedback about how things are going and how I might best support them. This is essential to optimizing my approach and to their experience and outcome.
